Part warranty

New parts carry the maker's warranty in India. The length depends on the brand and the part, so ask us if you want to know the term for a part. Claims go to the brand's service centre, and we'll help you raise them for anything you bought from us.

Assembly warranty

For 12 months from delivery we fix, free of charge, any fault caused by our assembly: loose cables, mounting, cooler fitting, settings we configured.

It doesn't cover physical or liquid damage, power surges, parts you add or change, or damage from overclocking.

Used parts from the marketplace

Used parts are sold by other customers, not by us. Any remaining manufacturer warranty is between you and the brand. Check the bill and warranty status with the seller before you pay.
