Privacy

What we collect

Account: your name, email and mobile number. You can also give your delivery address when you sign up, and add a profile photo.

Orders: your delivery address and phone number, so the courier can reach you, any notes you add, and your order history.

Marketplace: your listings, photos and the messages you send to other users.

Contact form: your name, email and message, and whether you ticked the newsletter box.

Build help form: your name, your phone number or email, and what you tell us about the PC you want, so we can get back to you with a suggested parts list.

Who handles it

Your data and photos are stored with Supabase (database, in Mumbai), which also runs sign-in and sends the account confirmation and password reset emails. The site is served by Vercel.

If you choose to sign in with Google or Facebook, that service confirms who you are and shares your name and email with us.

Payment details go straight to the payment gateway, so we never see your card or UPI PIN. Couriers get your name, address and phone for delivery.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Account data stays until you delete your account. Order and invoice records are kept as long as GST law requires (about six years), then deleted.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Delete your account from your profile, or contact our grievance officer.
