Dead or damaged on arrival

Report it within 7 days of delivery (call +91 96328 44422 or email contact@thefzami.com, or use the contact form). We'll check it and replace or repair it at no cost, including shipping.

Changed your mind

Unopened parts in their original sealed box can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by you.

Opened or installed parts, and PCs we have assembled for you, can only be returned if they're faulty, because they can't be sold as new again.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any time before we ship. If we've already bought parts specially for your build, we may deduct the restocking fee our supplier charges us. We'll tell you the amount before you decide.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the way you paid within 14 working days.
