Shipping

How long it takes

Most parts are ordered from Indian distributors after you place your order. Each part page shows an estimate of when that part ships. Parts we already hold ship within 1–2 working days.

If we assemble your PC, allow about 3–7 working days on top of that to assemble and test it before it ships. You can follow every step on your order page.

Courier delivery usually takes 2–6 days depending on your pincode.

Charges

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices on the site already include GST.

When it arrives

Please record a video while you open the box. If anything is damaged in transit, the video lets us claim from the courier and replace it quickly.

Tell us within 7 days of delivery about any damage or missing items.
